Counseling can be provided for individuals, couples, or families.

Counseling can also be done over the phone or by using Skype or FaceTime.

COST

A session is 45 minutes long and the fee is $120.

INSURANCE

Your health insurance or employee benefit plan may cover counseling services. We will submit your insurance for you. Please call your insurance company or employee assistance program and ask them the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?

• What is my yearly deductible?

• How much of my deductible has been met this year?

• How many sessions per calendar year are allowed?

• How much does the plan cover for out-of-network providers?

• Is there a limit to the amount covered per therapy session?

• Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?

PAYMENT

We accept cash, check, or credit cards. Payment is required at the time of service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot make your appointment, notify me 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation fee is $50. If you do not appear for your appointment, you are responsible for the full price of the session.
